2. Shipping Costs and Methods
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the product. These costs will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders exceeding the amount specified on our website for free standard shipping.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable depending on the destination country. Leproo is not liable for these charges, and they must be paid by the recipient.
3. Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery times provided during checkout are approximations based on information from our shipping carriers.
Leproo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, or other external events.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events.
- Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, Leproo cannot guarantee specific delivery times and will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from delays.
4. Delivery Conditions
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete.
Leproo is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, or if the recipient is unavailable to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for additional redelivery fees.
- Uncollected Packages: If a package is returned to us because of failure to collect or accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and redelivery costs.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, Leproo is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Leproo will assist by providing necessary documentation but is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assess the situation and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
6. International Shipping and Customs
For orders shipped outside the EU, international shipping may involve longer transit times due to customs clearance processes.
Leproo is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or other international shipping procedures.
- Customs Fees: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Leproo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Customs Clearance: Customers are responsible for providing any necessary information required by customs authorities to clear the shipment. Failure to do so may result in delays or the package being returned, in which case additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Delivery Confirmation and Risk of Loss
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer.
Leproo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
- Signature Required: For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. Customers must ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address. If no one is available, the carrier may attempt redelivery or require pickup at a local depot, and the customer will be responsible for retrieving the package.
9. Pre-Orders and Backorders
For items available for pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping and delivery times provided at the time of ordering are approximations.
Delays may occur due to manufacturer availability, and Leproo is not liable for such delays.
10. Force Majeure
Leproo is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, Leproo reserves the right to extend shipping timeframes or cancel orders without liability.
