At Leproo, we are committed to delivering your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to shipping, handling, delivery times, and customer responsibilities. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

 

1.  Shipping Regions and Restrictions

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU). Shipping to non-EU countries may involve additional fees, taxes, or restrictions, and Leproo reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for delivery to restricted regions or countries where we cannot fulfill shipping.

2.  Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the product. These costs will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.

Leproo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

4.  Delivery Conditions

All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Leproo is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, or if the recipient is unavailable to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for additional redelivery
  • Uncollected Packages: If a package is returned to us due to failure to collect or accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and redelivery

 


5.  Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, Leproo is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve issues arising from lost or damaged shipments within reason.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Leproo will assist in providing any necessary documentation to support your claim, but we are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages once marked as
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the We will assess the damage and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

 

6.  International Shipping and Customs

For orders shipped outside the EU, international shipping may involve longer transit times due to customs clearance processes. Leproo is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or other international shipping processes.

7.  Delivery Confirmation and Risk of Loss

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer. Leproo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

  • Return to Sender: In cases where the package is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the initial shipping fee, the return shipping fee, and any applicable customs
  • Refund Policy: Refunds for returned shipments will be issued minus all shipping fees (including return shipping fees) and any applicable restocking

 

9.  Pre-Orders and Backorders

For items available for pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping and delivery times provided at the time of order are approximations. Delays may occur due to manufacturer availability, and Leproo is not liable for any such delays.

 

10.  Force Majeure

Leproo is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen

circumstances. In such cases, Leproo reserves the right to extend shipping timeframes or cancel orders without liability.
