At Leproo, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This policy outlines the terms regarding returns, refunds, and warranties. It is designed to ensure a fair process while protecting our business interests in accordance with EU laws.

 

1.  Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days Return Policy

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. This policy applies to all eligible products sold on Leproo.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for returns unless the product is faulty or damaged upon
  • Certain product categories, including personalized products, perfumes, healthcare products, and opened electronic accessories (e.g., phone cases, headphones), are excluded from returns for hygiene and safety

Leproo excludes or limits liability in the following cases:

  • Tampered Products: Products that have been opened, altered, or tampered with by the customer (including rooting, jailbreaking, or other modifications) are excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Golf equipment: Equipment showing signs of improper use (e.g., excessive wear, damage due to neglect) will not be eligible for returns or warranty
  • Healthcare and hygiene products: Products related to healthcare, hygiene, or cosmetics that have been opened are not eligible for returns due to safety
  • Phone cases and accessories: Once opened and used, accessories such as phone cases, headphones, and electronic accessories cannot be returned or
  • Software and data issues: Leproo is not responsible for issues related to software, data loss, or incompatibility with third-party

4.  Fraudulent Transactions and Stolen Credit Cards

Leproo takes fraud prevention seriously. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse refunds if there is any suspicion of fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards.

If a transaction is flagged as fraudulent and a chargeback is initiated, Leproo will not refund the product unless it has been returned in perfect condition. In cases where the product has already been shipped, Leproo may not be liable for refunding the order.
